As known; In the Amendment to the Regulation on Pharmacists and Pharmacies published in the Official Gazette dated 28.03.2016 and numbered 29667,  Paragraph (2) of Temporary Article 4 , "(2) In line with the transition calendar to be determined by the Institution, taking into account the number of prescriptions or turnover criteria, the obligation "to place an illuminated or non-illuminated sign, the features of which are standardized by the Turkish Pharmacists' Association", included in the second paragraph of Article 25. It is fulfilled by pharmacies until 12/4/2017 at the latest. Illuminated or non-illuminated plate standards are determined by the Turkish Pharmacists Association within three months at the latest from the effective date of the article and notified to the Institution." Regulation on Pharmacists and Pharmacies entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 12/04/2014 and numbered 28970,

In Article 25 of the aforementioned Regulation,  “(1) (Amendment: OG-28/3/2016-29667) The names of the pharmacies to be opened and transferred after the effective date of this paragraph cannot be the same as the pharmacies in the district where the pharmacy will be opened. (2) (Amendment: OG-28/3/2016-29667) An illuminated or non-illuminated sign shall be placed on at least one of the visible façades of the pharmacies and showing the name of the pharmacy, the characteristics of which are standardized by the Turkish Pharmacists Association, provided that it remains within the boundaries of the place to be used as a pharmacy. (3) An illuminated sign with the "E" logo shall be placed on the exterior of the pharmacies, with minimum and maximum dimensions and colors in accordance with the standards determined by the Turkish Pharmacists' Association, at a height that can be easily seen from both sides. Signs and objects that will create unfair competition such as mobile or totem signboards, banners and the like cannot be placed in front of pharmacies, on streets and roads. No signs or advertisements can be affixed to the showcases for the purpose of promoting the product.”  It was stated that the pharmacy plate standards were determined and submitted to the Institution by the Turkish Pharmacists Association in line with the provisions of the Turkish Pharmacists' Association, and that the said standards were found to be appropriate in the evaluation, and that the Pharmacy Plate Standards Guide in the appendix came into force as of 09/09/2016.

The plate standards determined by our Association as a result of the negotiations with the Authority will be valid for the pharmacies that will be opened until 12/04/2017 and will be transported in this process, that the regulation studies on the transition calendar for other existing pharmacies are being continued by the Authority and that the necessary information will be provided by the Authority in the following process. transferred.
